Answers, journals and notes
Questionnaire answers, results, thoughts, small-step attempts and appointment notes are processed and saved in this browser. Site code does not send these entries or health scores to analytics services or a server. No account is required.
Limits of device-local storage
Local storage is not an encrypted vault. Other people using the same browser profile may see your records. Use care on shared devices. Records do not sync across browsers or devices, and clearing browser data can permanently remove them.
Journal drafts and reviews
Unsubmitted journal text is saved on this device so you can continue editing. The 7 / 30 day review summarizes saved journal entries and small-step attempts only. Including it in appointment notes requires selecting a checkbox. Drafts are included in data backup and deletion.
Departure, environment and shopping tools
Departure plans, environment trials, product names, links, prices, reasons and decisions are saved locally when you choose to save them. They are included in full-data backup, restore and deletion. Entering a product link does not load the shop; clicking it opens the external website. Timing prompts appear in the page only, with no notifications after you close it.
Bookmarks, messages and life tasks
Task bookmarks, communication drafts, contacts, follow-up dates, service requirements and task progress are saved on this device only when you choose Save, and are included in backup, restore and deletion. Unsaved form changes are lost when you leave. Drafting text does not send a message. Calendar downloads contain the contact and notes you entered; they reach a calendar only when you import the file. This site does not send reminders or update previously imported events.
Offline files
Choosing Prepare offline tools downloads this site’s static pages, scripts, images and fonts without uploading personal records. Removing offline files and deleting health data are separate actions. Browsers may clear cached files or local data; keep downloaded data backups.
Page requests and fonts
Visiting this website still makes network requests. The hosting service handles connection information such as IP addresses and page URLs. Fonts are served by this site; loading a page does not request fonts from Google Fonts. Google Analytics and assessment-score tracking have been removed from the project.
Copying, downloading and printing
Your entries leave the page through these controls only when you choose to use them. You decide whether to send the resulting copy to anyone. Adding journal entries or questionnaire results to appointment notes requires selecting the corresponding checkbox.
Printable cards and community materials
Cards are edited on the current page only. A saved departure plan or active environment trial is read only when you choose to load it. Original records are not changed, and cards are not automatically saved. The community kit contains public introductions, fixed links, QR codes and demonstration screenshots; it does not read personal records. You manage printed and downloaded copies.
Backup, restore and deletion
My results provides a JSON download of local health data. A selected backup is previewed and merged on this device: identical records are skipped and conflicts keep the local version. Backup files are not uploaded. Deletion covers results, assessment progress, journal entries, thought drafts, small steps and appointment notes. Theme and accessibility preferences are kept. Downloaded or shared copies are not deleted.

You can report issues in the project repository. Do not include personal health records, contact details, or screenshots containing them in public issues.
